Is it hard getting back into the swing of things?

Very, very hard.

And then in the midst of this, you had told us last week that Gabby's dog was sick and you got a call during the pod and found out that day, later that day, her dog passed away.

Banana didn't make it.

So it's been like a weekend of mourning.

Gabby's taken it really bad.

What happened?

She does not know.

She thinks because she had her spleen removed years ago that maybe she could have gotten bit by something.

Even the specialty hospital that she drove it to has not seen a case like this.

There was nothing they could have figured out.

Gabby was thinking, was it an anaphylactic type of reaction to a bug bite or something like that?

She doesn't know.

But what killed her the most was she said she's seen dogs come in so much worse than that.

There was nothing wrong with the dog.

How old was the dog?

Like 10.

But yeah, but there was nothing wrong with Banana.

So she said, I brought dogs back from the brink of death that looked so much worse than her and she could not.

Now, does she work on her own dog or does she have another vet do it?
