First of all, what do you look for when making a hire?

What is a moody gal?

How do you find those things with a 20, 30, 60 minute job interview with someone?

I mean, everyone can be on LinkedIn and say they're hungry.

What is it?

Hungry, humble, smart.

Yeah.

I mean, everyone looks great on LinkedIn.

How do you weed out the people that aren't going to fit?

They may be great, but they're not great for this particular role at this particular time.

So what's an average day for you now?

What time are you in there?

How much of your day is putting out fires?

Are you in the weeds?

Yeah, are you still over every decision, like micromanaging, or are you more like, have you gone from like a player to a coach?

Can you be in the weeds and still be looking at the big picture at the same time?

Or can you spend some time in the weeds and then go up on the hill to look at the big picture?
