They won't really have any connection to it.

And I think that's why the payment space is so interesting as well.

Like when people can actually start to pay with these cryptocurrencies,

then at a very high level, at least like the average person on the street says, oh, okay, so I can see why I would hold this coin.

Whereas if the only thing you can do is trade it, then it's very hard for people to understand anything beyond that and see it as a gambling mechanism.

So yeah, it really boils down to education and use cases.

Well, I mean, people are very much interested in crypto now.

People actually want to see what's going on.

We hosted a huge hackathon.

Well, we did two actually massive ones this year.

One at Consensus Miami, the other one at Consensus Hong Kong together with Coindesk.

And we do these every year, but every year we see more and more people from institutions come.

And they come to the hackathon as well, not just the main conference.

They want to see what's getting built out.

And actually in Miami, one of my former colleagues at Blackstone actually came and they were like, oh, it's amazing that you left and you started this company in crypto.

And now more and more people

uh from blackstone have actually left into the crypto and blockchain space um they've started their own companies they've joined other companies and i see you know if you look at a lot of the top uh blockchains out there they're actually hiring people from tradfi uh obviously because they want to break into tradfi but at the same time because people from tradfi are now seeing

these blockchain companies do so well and they want to actually get involved.

Whereas, you know, I'd say just like four or five years ago, people were very hesitant and you wouldn't really see people joining crypto companies.

Now you're seeing it happen much more often and you're seeing a lot of crypto companies looking at going public as well.
