I think Catherine's point about getting the right people on the bus is more important than
getting them on the right seat straight away, like get the right person in and then be able to figure out as a group what really works.

I'm not sure if we'll touch on this later, Rob, but one of my least favourite answers in any interview is like, you know, what are you great at?
I'm great at building relationships.
It's like, yes.
congratulations you're a human and you're a coach and i think that's really important i don't know that i'd answer that well to be honest like my circle is small i guess um but my answer would my desire always with that question is like great i'm really stoked that you are great at building relationships but like how do you quantify that like what evidence can you bring to substantiate the fact that relationships are something you're really good at building um
you know, do you have survey data that you've done at an entry point and an exit point of a season that you've gone through?
Do you have anecdotal reflection that you can validate in some way, shape or form?
Do you have specific like story time moments that you can bring up and like leverage on and to demonstrate what that looks like?
So I think that speaks to Catherine's point about being honest.
Yeah, that's right.
I think the, I guess going through the process to be in the position that I'm in now is like relatively recent.
So it's probably a decent like point to kind of refer back to, but why you have to prepare.
