Why is it you have a customer who pay less?
What's the unique case opportunity there?
What is the wider opportunity to get them to pay more?
Why would someone pay vastly more?
What are they getting that others aren't?
So I think it's important to understand the full breadth of your business, not just the middle point.

I think, truthfully, when I look at the book question and actually the CEO I'm studying question, realistically, I like people to be themselves.
You know, as I talk to people who join the business and they want to maybe look up, find a mentor, et cetera.
