it's like technically worse or it's worse written or or things like that.

Uh but because it's supposed to be the end of the saga and the holiday special was just supposed to be a goofy Christmas special.

Um yeah, I I think I could certainly make that case that it it's the fact that it's as bad

I think yeah, I feel bad saying this.

But like the fact that it's it the fact that it is what it is is a bigger affront to what Star Wars is and is Star Wars is meant to be than a a a silly one off Christmas special to, you know, sell a few more toys.

Um, I think is uh I think is uh um, you know, that's that's more of like a moral affront, but yeah, from like a quality of of of making the the thing, sure.

Uh and so yeah.

If you run the average, um, yeah, it probably comes out a little bit more even.

And in in one sense, that's good, but I you know, I think we could also make the case that maybe that's not good.

Uh, you know, like that's not uh if everything is just okay.

Then Star Wars becomes bland and forgettable.

And and that's I that's always been the concern uh uh of like doing so much material that it stops feeling special and it stops getting the the the love and care that it it deserves.

And and that's part of the reason why I think some of the

things that are are less well received and and are are less

Good for lack of a better term.

We're back into the uh subjectively objectively conversation from last week.

But i the things that are less good from Lucas get

uh re-evaluated and and are held onto a little bit more tightly uh by by the people that really love them or are appreciated by people that even don't like them is because you can tell that a lot of like care went into it and it got

everyone's attention, right?
