You don't, you can't manage people.

You're unprepared to manage people who are a lot older and a lot more experienced than you.

And, you know, I've seen people arguing about good move, bad move, things he did.

It was a gong show of an organization.

And we know that.

I think a lot of people back then were the way things were handled.

And in a personal way, managing people is important.

And that's one of the things I spent a lot of time trying to make calls about just to see with a bit more time and a bit more experience.

Do some of the people who had issues back then feel he could be better now?

And I'm working through that at this point in time.

And I'll present my findings.

But also, I want to speak to him.

I've reached out to him.

I haven't been able to talk to him yet.

He's been ducking all interview requests.

But the questions that get raised...

I would like to ask him about them myself, see what he has to say, and judge those answers.

Well, I think it was kind of a plan that he was going to be a very big person at Hockey Canada for years to come.

You know, he worked on the Olympic team this year.
