You can't offset that tax.

But you can offset tax if it's a trucking business related to it or if you've got – guys are like – I talked to somebody out in Nebraska just last week, and they offsetted some tax that they had from Kappa Ethanol, something like that.

Well, that could be applicable.

It's industry-related income.

Oh, yeah.

You start with, you have to be able to defend it.

And every client we have, we do audit defense as well.

So I'll just throw that out there to start.

Somewhere around 800 acres or so.

Do I have enough data to where we feel that we can defend it and we can show what you're doing?
