And I laugh because so many people do this because they think it's a great way to make their provider's revenue look good or whatever.
The last thing we want to do is force somebody's hand and say, hey, we're going to make you do these credits.
And even if you can't use them or it doesn't make sense or it's a small credit, we're going to bill you tens of thousands of dollars and you ought to pay.
And if you don't pay, we're going to get lawyers.
If it doesn't make sense, if it's, hey, I got 750 acres and you look at it as, hey, this makes a lot of sense.
If somebody says, hey, I got 1,100 acres, but there's some weird tax issue there.
Yeah.
We'll just tell you and, you know, give you a hearty handshake and move on.
