We used to do a Monday program, didn't we?
We used to argue like cat and, yeah, we used to argue like cat and dogs.
I was arguing like Michael Carrick's career like I think profile wise the same as Busquets, two like brilliant players but Busquets sort of won the lot because he had you know legendary players around him but Michael technically was brilliant so me and Craig done a program for for PLP and it was every Monday and it was like it was you know you know where like like we've got opinions it got that bad in the end Craig would just out me on air for the state of my socks
You go, how can I take it seriously with a colour of socks on?
It's just... It was a Monday, Mario.
I mean, they've definitely turned a corner.
It's just when you analyse their fixtures, Liverpool away next, and I'm not sure what's after that, but they play all the big boys.
They play, I think, Aston Villa and the likes of Man City, and you try to pinpoint, as we were chatting before, where the wins are going to come from.
I remember playing in front, and it wasn't the season we went down, but Alan Pardew came in at West Ham.
And it was the first time I've ever sort of done it officially.
And he came in and he used to give us cards and he'd give every single player a block of six fixtures.
And he'd go, right, it's going to be anonymous.
Your name's not going to be on there.
