The other thing that check does that maybe a lot of people don't realize is it owns land.
It owns the building that they broadcast from.

Yeah.
No, it's not that much, but they own the station, which doesn't happen.
Like you usually stations are, you know, other than small stations up in Red Deer and Dawson Creek where I work, but they, they own the land.
I think they own the strip mall next to the land and they collect rent off, you know, various companies.
So there's, it's not just about broadcasting.
It's about, you know, venturing into other ventures and it, it,
It really works.
And they're not afraid to try things.
The other thing that they're really good at is looking at older, not necessarily older, but decent broadcasters who have been fired and laid off and are out of work, and they could probably get them for cheap.
So that...
They do a really good job of that.
So there's a lot going on.
I'm surprised more stations back east, wherever in Canada, haven't followed their model because it seems to be working.
