And since then, I follow you now on the Tech Update, which I love getting every day and reading The Current.
And I even enjoy the corny jokes that end up there.

The reason for my call is I'm looking to try to retrieve photos from backups of my previous last three iPhones I backed up onto my old laptop.
And I have an iPhone 12 now.
But I'm looking to retrieve photographs of my son
who we lost earlier this year.
