Dennis Leamy you know what I mean like how they get on and the kind of vision of them because I do think Shaq Wayne Lentzer made a brilliant point when he kind of went through the different roles and the assignment of the kind of nearly the head coach look after the kind of programs and how everyone's answerable but if they can forge a tight team to kind of go beyond themselves but yeah look that's medicine for me if there's someone holding more account in terms of performance.
