you 100 you have to be sharp and ready to go and strength and conditioning have an awful lot to do with making you actually peak for this week because less is more coaches all want to cover their ass they all want to go through four or five more lineouts but all the great snc coaches i've been involved with have been on the pitch going get off and and coaches going bananas with them but then then they're nearly protecting the players so there's a load of

Juggling balls, strength and conditioning are trying to mind you.

Coaches are trying to get information into you.

But I actually think there's the balance.
