You have to be clued in and you can't.
You know better than anyone, but for rugby, you can't think about physicality on Saturday morning of a match.
You have to kind of build up to harden yourself, to get ready to throw your head in a horrible spot.
And that builds throughout the week.
But I remember we were playing Gary Owen in an AIL final.
And we knew it would be up to our forwards to really put it down.
And I remember on the Thursday night, Pachyderm, our forwards coach, had a game of keepy-uppy kind of soccers over a net.
And he was always a guy for drilling us.
Absolutely.
We left sessions crawling off the pitch.
