area you have to be careful of is that you don't jump into the wrong role.

And we've seen a number of that with our teammates.

You get into stuff because you have to.

Like, unfortunately, and I think it'll be the case for this playing group as well.

It'll take a bit of time to evolve, but rugby won't sustain lads enough to finish and not have to work post retirement.

So we knew it.

You have to graft.

But it's making a bad decision and especially quite early on, it can be kind of damaging.

And I remember that was the advice from from John.

We were lucky enough to kind of get some of that tax back money back.

And he was there.

I would I'd make sure that you're putting that towards a non panic button, if you know what I mean, a non that you can kind of really clever, really clever, because

Because I did a doc, there was three of us in it.

I did one on retiring as well.

Yeah, but I spent time with the NFL and they actually have kind of people in charge of your transition away.

And I probably think, you know, the kind of Rugby Players Ireland and stuff like that definitely help and stuff like that.

But it seemed like at that point,

they were ahead of the game.
