Caddyshack is one of the funniest movies of all time.

The little piece of trivia there is that he wasn't really an actor actor.
He just did a ton of stand-up comedy.
So when he was in his scenes and doing his lines in the movie, he was worried that everything he was saying wasn't funny because nobody was laughing, and they had to explain to him, like,
Rodney, this is a movie.
Like, people aren't just going to openly laugh.
That guy was a legend.
An absolute legend.
He also just... He told us himself.
Never got no respect.
