If Connor Griffin is going to be as great as people think, why not have him for as long as possible?
So I'd rather bring him up in mid-May, beginning of June, than have him here on the first day of the season.
Well, if you say that now, in a couple of years, we will.
We're already saying, oh, well, there's just four years left of Paul Skeens.
Maximize the present.
That's what I'd do.
Next.
Donnie, what do you think of Pitt dropping its game day capacity at Accresure Stadium down by 17,000?
It's basically around a 20-25% decrease in the seats.
They're taking away the east and west ends of the stadium, trying to make for a more intimate environment.
For me, this is just, again, another sentiment that there needs to be an on-campus stadium in Oakland that's like 50,000 seats.
I know where you're going to put it, who is going to pay for it.
That kind of went away when the Pete was built.
I think that is just so necessary for Pitt.
What do you make of the whole situation?
I want to ask this question to people to chime in on the text line.
Pitt has an enrollment right now north of 35,000.
There's a big alumni base.
Obviously, it's a big university.
It's huge for the area.
