Doesn't mean he's not a good coordinator, right?

I mean, there's a ton of guys like that that are good coordinators, but they're not made to be head coaches.

I mean, the guy that's in New England, why Vrabel is in such an ideal situation now is because Josh McDaniels is in his third go-around with the Patriots because the guy showed time and time again he cannot crack it as the head coach, but he's a great OC.
