Yeah.

So there actually is evidence of this happening.

I do think it would be pretty comical, though.

And something else that I think of, another layer to all of this, Joe, is

Adam Schefter reported a couple of days ago that Josh Allen would have input in the coaching search and who the next head coach would be.

So is this him thinking, hey, let's call Phillip Rivers.

I watched him when I was a kid, and he could still play.

To Rod Taylor, and that was admirable.

You know, you get back to the playoffs for the first time in what?

It was like 20 years or something the drought was?

When they got there that a year or two before they drafted Josh Allen.

But that would be like their absolute peak if they didn't have Josh Allen.

So that's why, to me, I don't want to say it doesn't matter who they hire because it does.

But...

Allen is going to make a lot of head coaches look good, the same way that Lamar Jackson makes a lot of head coaches look good, really until it gets to the postseason and you run into trouble.
