It's coming down to the final game, no matter what.
And you might ask, why is that?

I think it's a great question.
Because the Ravens would clinch the common opponent tiebreaker.
which means the Steelers couldn't catch up to them in that.
And if the Ravens were to come here the final week and win, they would still be tied with the Steelers in overall record, head-to-head, divisional, but they would win the division on common opponents.
