But I get where Clark is coming from.
And I certainly don't agree with everything that Ryan Clark says, but
I do think when you think of the big brands in football, some of the others have managed to stay relevant because they are always good or they have risen to the level of great.
The Cowboys fell back a while ago, but they'll throw a competitive team out there.
Pretty often, they just can't get over the hump, but they always want to be in the news.
Jerry Jones always wants to be in the news.
And I think the same can start to be said for the Steelers.
They want ways to stay relevant.
And you know anything that happens with them, that will get the big networks talking.
Obviously, it'll get us talking.
We are in Pittsburgh.
But they are starting to get a little bit like that, where it's not even just... I won't take shots at the transactional things, because I don't think...
making trades, or actually acquiring some notable free agents.
I don't think that's a bad thing.
But when it comes to some of the drama that has risen up over the last five or ten years, it is a little Cowboys-like.
I think it's a good comparison.
