And when I left there, I didn't start training.
I was like, I've got to get a job.
I've got to get an apartment.
I've got to get stability.
And when I did, I was like, right, I start my bodybuilding journey, write it down today, the date.
I still got it, man.
All the sets and reps, warm-up, how I was feeling that day.
Some days I was feeling overtrained and tired.
Even though I was training three days a week, sometimes I had to back off the intensity because of work and stuff like that.
But how I was feeling and, you know, it's interesting if I look at my books over the years, the first ones are quite childish, got these little, go for it, you know, mass and power.
Kind of cool too.
Not only that, I wouldn't forget half of the stuff that I did if I hadn't documented it.
Even now, I'm like, my guys on social media was like, when were you doing this exercise?
And when did you start?
When did you change to this one?
I'm like, I don't know, man.
I have to go back and look.
And sometimes it's not as I thought it was when I go back.
It was a little bit different.
So it's great that I got all that information.
