My college psych teacher told us that dreams are how the brain filters information and gets rid of anything it doesn't need.
Water cooler chats, the smell of fresh cut grass, and the sun glinting off of vape shop windows gets wrung out like excess water from a dishcloth.
Not sure if that's true.

But if it is true, then wouldn't I have reoccurring dreams of paint rollers and stud finders?

Why do I keep sinking into the lake?
