They're helping and honing the projects by themselves.

But they develop very close bonds along the way, and that, I think, is one of the reasons why they were the top school in this part of the survey.

points very clearly to the fact that the most important factor at a school to determine student behavior is other students.

It sort of makes sense.

The folks that you latch on to, that you connect with, that you're with, really do influence your behavior.

So if you're at a school with people that you look up to, admire, motivate you, then you're much more likely to succeed at that university.

The way the rankings are designed is to give folks who are looking at where to go to school a sense of the kind of outcomes that they're likely to get if they attend and graduate from a specific school.

So about 40% of the rankings weight salaries after graduation, along with things like graduation rates and the ability to repay loans.
