Therefore, at the start of world soccer and the women's
women's game, we were there and we were leading it.
And so therefore I think we've been a leader in the culture created at at in women's soccer.
On the men's side, we're the opposite.
We came later when other countries
had been, you know, way more invested in the game, more interested in the game.
And so we're like, to me, we are catching up on the men's side like other countries are trying to catch us on the women's side.
And and there's a lot of other reasons why we could point to it, but when you look at girl girls and women's soccer in general, I think we were pioneers.
And then I also think, you know, you have to give credit to that women's national team in nineteen ninety nine because that was I mean, just watching the final.
uh as a as a fan and and Tony DeCico is a friend of ours, uh, you know, rest his soul.
Um i it it's just an unbelievably inspiring
before them, that's a product of the same system.
And what countries in the world, i and men's or women's soccer, don't have to reset from time to time.
Like, it's just a fact.
And it's shut and it's gonna continue to get smaller to some degree.
And on the women's side when you think about that cast of characters that was in that team, and I don't mean that in any kind of negative way
I mean, that's a tough act to follow.
Like it just because of, you know, the dynamics and the things that were going on with the team and they were obviously highly successful.
And then they, you know, and then they get later on in their career and it it is time for that reset, but you have these personalities, it's just hard to move on from.
Yeah.
