Having
Former players, former coaches, former direct just giving people an opportunity to work in the game more.
I think it's really important.
If we want to grow the game, you know, in in all kinds of different ways.
I think it's just it's so important to give you know former players that played in our league, then they can come and work in the league, which we have a lot of, right?
People that have transitioned out of college.
college coaching to come into work in our league or you know smart marketing people or videographers uh get to come and work in in our most importantly uh videographers um
