Um and I know coaches that'll say they do it right before the game or whatever, but I always
did it if at a training before

So I I mean pre preferably I wanna be up be there where I'm looking at the players so that I can, you know, deal with whatever I have to deal with.
But
Preemptive a leadership thing, Christian, where even in eas even in the work
world or the work environment.
When you are in a position where you have to give people feedback, I think that's a great way to do it is to say, how do you like feedback or to your players, how do you want feedback?
Because I think that that helps you to your point meet meet them where they are.
I think it goes goes with any level.
But we talk about that all the time on this podcast.
If you think they're not part of the process, you're delusional.
They're definitely delicious.
I do guarantee you though, there was someone in that crowd, Glenn, who uh said, Well, I think we should be doing it this way.
