And now, obviously, 17 years later, it is what it is because of a lot of people.
The point I'm trying to make is...
If people think that the development or youth development is broken or in some way needs fixed or improved or whatever, then let's come up with these concrete ideas on how to do it and let's start.
You don't need a thousand people to agree that something's a good idea.
Yeah, it's not crippled.
It doesn't cripple it.
I think that's the point is collaboration is getting the right people in the conversation.
I think we obviously are
are part of that, right.
Because we're, we're involved in such a big youth organization or whatever, but yeah, I mean, let's, let's, let's come up with,
ideas like these that are concrete that help improve it.
And even if it's little by little, it's still improvement.
And it's worth the, you know, worth the effort.
And we can always decide at some point, hey, this isn't really working like we thought it would.
Well, let's pivot to something else, right?
So, and I think there's this thing where we just get caught up in either our own world or some over, to your point, over contingent
you know, plan that tries to account for everybody, uh, every single possibility that, you know, just becomes a little bit, uh, paralyzing, um, to, to keeping us moving forward.
And, you know, to me, it's like, it's about, and, and again, I understand these things are complicated and all that, but it's, it's about, uh, being nimble, making, uh,
decisions that are in the best interest of where we want to go in the game and how do we do that that I think it's important that we act on rather than
