There might actually be a waiting list for 2027 ASU season tickets for the first time in their history.

He is turning it that far around.

But even Kansas City has more Fortune 500 companies than Phoenix.

So there isn't that big money booster that's really going to compete with the Texas Tech.

So I almost feel like ASU is ahead of the game, but they might always be chasing their tail a little bit.

They do fight it out with Ohio State every year for the most undergrad.

But the catch is so many people come here for the weather and they're out of state kids and then they just go back home or they want to get out of the heat because they've grown up in it and they leave and go somewhere else.

And then they don't get as engaged.

And that's slowly starting to change because the growth out here is crazy.

And Royals fans might understand this.

Surprise was a sleepy little town when the Royals moved out there.

Now it's the third fastest growing city in America.

And one of the other two is Buckeye, which is just south of Surprise.

So as this city continues to explode, fortunes for ASU might change.

It's a sad little place, but you could say that about every West Side suburb, and I live in one, so we're kind of boring.
