On this date in 1715, a Spanish treasure fleet carrying gold, silver, jewels, and cases upon cases of bootleg DVDs sailed straight into a hurricane off the coast of what is now Florida.

More than 300 years later, treasure hunters are still recovering coins and artifacts from those shipwrecks.

Much like Joe's mom still recovering her sanity after that little ATM incident back in 09.
