Rubio told Senator Chris Murphy negotiations are ongoing.

President Trump signed an executive order today to work with artificial intelligence companies on protecting against AI enabled cyber attacks.
Now, the order grants the government access to cutting edge AI models on a voluntary basis to test their capabilities of up to 30 days before they're released to the public.
The government would also establish a clearinghouse to coordinate and de-conflict software vulnerabilities.
