He may parade you around with that group to get a bit of a feel.
You have to meet his family.

There's a lot goes into it, but a lot of it is with these owners, it's feel.
It's the feel of a guy that you think you can work with as long as the guy's got the qualifications, as long as you've got the qualifications to do the job.
And the qualifications are changing as we speak.
And when you see Sonny get the job there, the qualifications are moving around a little bit.
