Which is what we're getting at, which is over the past 10-ish years, as American companies have stopped buying the oil and it has stopped flowing to America and these sanctions have done damage, Russia and China can then go to Venezuela and buy oil for cheaper, right?
Because by definition, Venezuela has less people to sell to.
