Shout out to anybody out there that is affected by mental health.
It is a real thing.
I think this month is Mental Health Awareness Month.
You know, black men have the highest unaliving themselves rate out here.
So, you know, it's OK to talk to somebody like, you know what I'm saying?
Like, you know, I'm affected by bipolar and I understand that one out of five people got to be.
One out of five people doesn't make it out of this shit that I have.
So, you know what I'm saying?
It's something that I do take seriously.
And while it can be a joking matter and we can laugh about it, and I'm glad that we can laugh about it, it is something serious.
And I'm going to take the steps to make sure that I value my mental health.
And I encourage anybody else out there, if you're going through something, if you know somebody going through something, talk to somebody, get the help that you need, get on your meds, do your thing, because it is a serious thing.
We all are affected and there's no judgment when we talk about things like this.
