They are asking for a continued COLA two point three percent increase yearly.
The seniors only have gotten a two point three rate increase this year alone.
So we're confused at a nineteen point two percent increase and all of these factors that they're trying to install under this rate case, that's our concerns.

The uh rate increase?
Just saying about the uh infrastructure that they put in on the Kenoran Parkway, the infrastructure they're planning to put in south of Akchin for homes that aren't built yet.
And this is all based on the cum.
That's all being incorporated into their price increase request.
All of that is wrong.
The costs that the HOAs have to bear for global waters mistakes, their broken pipes and everything else that they're doing, the four oh four wash, all the cleanup that is required.

That has to be maintained, but they're not maintaining it.
