The map adds four Republican-leaning districts, meaning the state could send 24 GOP members and only four Democrats to the U.S.

But in Florida, voters amended their constitution in 2010 to block political gerrymandering.
Soon after DeSantis signed the map, a voting rights group and a number of state voters filed a lawsuit alleging that's exactly what's happening.
DeSantis has said the courts will rule in his favor, setting up a legal showdown with major implications for this year's midterm elections.
