Like good writer, good communicator.
And then you're like, okay, what do I do with this?
You know?
And so there are so many skills like that.
Write it all down.
Because I think for me, I wish like in hindsight, I'm like, huh, maybe if I had written down all of those things, like you say, it's like a great idea to, you know, gather all of those things that people are saying and just write it down.
Like good writer, good communicator.
The five resets are essentially, it's a roadmap and it helps you get out of, like we talked about, like get you out of that here and now and amygdala, high stress and into recovery.
And then you're like, okay, what do I do with this?
You know?
a better mental state.
So we can go through each of those resets.
There are five of them.
And in those five resets are about 15 science-backed strategies.
The five resets are essentially, it's a roadmap and it helps you get out of, like we talked about, like get you out of that here and now and amygdala, high stress and into a better mental state.
Everything is based on the science.
So the first reset is get clear on what matters most.
Again, it helps you get out of that immediate survival mode and towards a thriving mode.
And there's, you know, I don't talk, I mean, of course I talk about the McDill and prefrontal cortex, but in it, but really it's that idea of switching your brain.
