So there's a set of paper books from the post-classic, and all of those talk about stars and astronomy and positions and different rituals you do on certain days.

So they're tying events together through time.
And he's putting this together because his father had the successful Star War, this total war against the royal family at Tikal.
So at this point, this city we're standing in now is dominant.
So at this point, this city is dominant within this region.
Yeah, so Tikal, the glyphs go silent.
When you're defeated in a Star War, you stop putting up monuments.
But what we see on the ground at Tikal, based on the archaeologists who were excavating back in the 60s, these rulers come in who are these stranger kings, and that's what they call them.
They recognize them as foreigners.
