If they earn over the threshold in terms of Medicare levy, which is about $25,000 or whatever the case may be, but if you're making $100,000 capital gain, you're paying 2% Medicare levy as well as your minimum 30% tax.
So it's really 32%.
So if you've only got – it's only $10,000 capital gain made.
That's your only income.
Well, there'd be no Medicare levy in that instance.
Yeah, it really is.
I can't stress enough, tax is one variable.
And there's so much risk involved just in terms of the share prices and crypto prices and property prices.
We don't know which way they're going to go.
Well, it comes down to this, what the CPI indexation factors are going to be.
Without doubt.
