It really has become clear to me that this like masculine and feminine energy is a legitimate concept.

And it doesn't have to do with gender.

It's not like, you know, women are always feminine.

Men should always be masculine.

We all every human has a blend of both types of energies.

But it's more like how you choose to apply those.

And in what setting?

And so often, like in our careers, we do use a lot of masculine energy, like that driving forward, that problem solving, that taking charge.

That is a masculine energy.

And you can be the most feminine woman in the world.

You know, like I'm pretty girly on the outside, but I have a strong masculine energy that helps me achieve those things.

Those of us who are mothers, right?

Mothering is usually thought of as a feminine thing because, you know, mothers are usually women.

But the energy of being a mother is actually quite masculine.

It's bossy.

It's put your shoes on.

Go clean this up.

If you do this, then you can do that.

You're in charge.

That's what you are as a mother.
