You might need slightly bigger stressor or more than somebody else.
Um, like there's hard gainers in lifting versus people who might not be as cardiovascularly gifted off the get-go.
But with enough training, you can adapt.
It's just that ceiling.
Like we're not all gonna get a VO2 max of ninety, right?
Like we're all gonna hit that at some point.
Yeah, we can talk about that.
So let me first go back to my point of that adaptation to fuelization that is trainable in everybody, right?
Everybody.
To the same extent.
Um
Give or take, right?
Obviously, some people are gonna be able to become because you're gonna have a higher V2 max, you're gonna have a higher ceiling of that and all those things.
