A nighttime routine that I have with my daughter that I find really good, and it's one of those things that's really stuck in my life, is I've obviously read a lot about the importance of gratitude, as I'm sure listeners have.
We all know gratitude's important.
It makes us feel happier and so on.
So much research to support that.
A lot of research to support writing a gratitude journal.
And I have tried that many, many times, but I haven't been able to make it stick, even though I literally read research about habit change and behaviour change every day of my life.
It just does not stick.
