And the issue there is not get it checked because you might pass it on to someone else.
Yes, that is important.
But also chlamydia is one of the leading causes of infertility.
Yeah.
So it can climb up into your fallopian tubes.
If you've had untreated chlamydia, that can cause inflammation and narrowing of those tubes.
So if the egg is trying to get down, then it might not be able to get past that narrowing.
Or even so, what it can also do, it might get past the narrowing or it might get stuck in that tube and you might get pregnant while it's in that tube and that's an ectopic pregnancy.
So chlamydia is really important to check for.
Gonorrhoea, normally, again, it can give you no symptoms, but it does tend to give you what we call a purulent discharge, which is a green offensive discharge, and it can cause pain as well.
Genital warts,
Brown or pinky, fleshy, gross on your vulva or vaginal area or penis.
Herpes, we think of that as ulcerated lesions or fluid-filled blistered lesions as well.
So that's what herpes tends to look like.
Syphilis is on the rise, believe it or not.

And it's usually a painless single growth on your penis or on your vulval area and get that checked.
The vulva, anything new on the vulva that hasn't been there, you need to get checked because it could even be vulval cancer.
