I would have bet, too, after you do your run, you're probably a little more physically active.
Because you're not a sore.
So you're probably going to be walking a little bit more.
You're going to be getting up.
You're going to be doing things more active throughout the day.
So your 30-minute run is still going to net on aggregate.
Get a lot more blood flow.
Yeah, more blood flow in, more nutrients in, more waste products out, all of the above.
You also have indirect signaling.
A lot of pain, to go back a little bit, a lot of like muscle soreness pain is neurological, right?
So you have pressure likely happening on the nerve endings in that specific area, right?
So you can get some of that fluid out of there, you have less pressure, you have less pain receptors.
