I feel pretty good with you just taking vitamin D without a test.
I ain't tripping if you're just like, hey, I want to take vitamin D. Like, all right, I'm probably cool.
Like, what's the worst that's going to happen?
Not much.
Very limited downside.
Strong likelihood you're low.
Even if you're not low, very little harm here.
So there's most of the things we've talked about, you don't need any test at all to go do.
Some things I'm going to say, hey, like, we want to see actual markers on this before we start tinkering with that.
Like minerals in particular.
A lot of them can become low iron and reds like reds are really common thing to pay attention to.
So this is a concern you have with relative energy deficiency.
So if you're not only combining being female as well as a lot of caloric expenditure and calories are moderate to low.
Then we have all kinds of problems we have to pay attention to there.
So there's just a whole bunch of other factors that go into that.
Iron gets really complicated really fast.
So maybe we can come back to that one on a different day.
Okay.
So there is a thing that we will talk about for many decades now called heel strike hemolysis.
This is exactly what it sounds like.
