So if you swallow the fat, then you can turn it into ketones.

So if you put the sardines in oil, that's a great high fat, high protein.
It's also a little easier to masticate the meat and you'll have high fat, high protein, and you'll have beautiful ketones by 48 hours, maybe 72.
Yeah, I don't let people get distracted by this, right?
I say, look at your finger.
If it's got a high ketone, you have got enough fat and enough protein and low enough carbs.
