Medicaid is the backbone of health care in South Carolina.
We have 15 counties without an OBGYN.
We have
health clinics that are closing their doors because of these impending Medicaid budget cuts, and they must be stopped or it will further devastate access to health care for so many people who live in rural South Carolina.
