And that's a feature of the game and that's something that we prepare for and that we have to manage.
But again, I think that it is important that we do empower players to say, no, this is something that we can work on.
This is something that we can strive to improve.
And also I think managing the pressure.
I mean, pressure at a very basic level is something that we perceive ourselves.
So some players will see this as, oh, geez, this is a lot of pressure.
And other players will say, put me in, I'm ready for this.
It is that perceived pressure.
And then it's about preparing our players so that they can manage it.
We're not going to say, oh, there's no pressure in this situation.
That's not particularly helpful.
But it is, you know, we absolutely can do plenty of things to prepare them to manage that pressure.
So I think we've got to move away from that.
Oh, it's just out of our hands.
And no, this is within our hands and let's work on it and work to improve it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And the reality is that there's so many things that we can do in training to help players.
So we know that when we put players into a pressure situation for penalties, their sense of competence in what they're doing is huge.
And if we have trained for these situations, now, obviously, we can never replicate what it's like to actually be in a penalty shootout in training, but we can do a lot of things to prepare ourselves for that.
