And it's within many people's grasps as well.
And by eating well, it's just if you think they, you know, the papers have been plastered with this idea that people, children, 60% of their calories are from ultra processed foods.
And adults, it's like 50%.
And those have effects that they haven't even unpacked.
how unhealthy that is and the impact on diseases going forward.
I'm sure that diabetes, obesity, you know, are going to be leading the pack.
But we talk about eating well.
It's really, it's eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Now, that being said, you know, because we've had
shows on Health Chatter that talk about many neighborhoods are food deserts.
I mean, we've delved into that.
And the idea, if you can get fresh fruits and vegetables and eat whole grains, but do it every day, not just once in a while.
that has shown to have a really big impact.
And again, it's healthy eating habits.
